Returns

Please note that our products are handmade, so their appearance may slightly differ from the product photographs. Always read the product description for complete information. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact me via email.

If the product you ordered does not meet your expectations or if you received something different from what you ordered, you can return it unused and undamaged within 14 days of receiving the shipment. Please email the following information to katerina@restandpaint.com so I can provide you with return instructions:

▪ Reason for return
▪ Email address and phone number

Once you receive the return instructions, please send the carefully packaged goods to the provided address.

Complaints

If the product has a defect that is not due to normal wear and tear, please email me at katerina@restandpaint.com and I will do my best to resolve the issue. Include the following information in your email:
