Terms and Conditions

1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the seller (Kateřina Krámová, Company ID: 07364792, registered office: U Sluncové 605/5, Prague 8, 186 00, hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") and the buyer through the e-shop restandpaint.com (hereinafter referred to as the "E-shop").
By submitting an order, the buyer confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Product Offerings and Orders

  • The offered products include original handmade items, original artworks, prints, and products featuring the seller’s own graphic or artistic designs (e.g. printed textiles, stationery, etc.).
  • All products are created with an emphasis on originality, aesthetics, and quality craftsmanship.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes only – due to the nature of production, individual items may differ slightly (especially in the case of handmade goods).
  • A purchase agreement is concluded upon the buyer placing an order and the seller confirming it via email.

3. Price and Payment Terms

  • Product prices are listed in Czech crowns (CZK). For international customers, prices may be displayed and charged in euros (EUR).
  • Prices are final (the seller is not a VAT payer).
  • Payment can be made via bank transfer or another method specified at the time of order.
  • Goods will be shipped only after the payment has been received in the seller's account.

4. Shipping Terms

  • Goods are shipped using the carrier selected during the order process.
  • The usual dispatch time is within 5 business days after payment is received.
  • Shipping costs are shown before the order is submitted; packaging costs are included in the product price.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Returns)

  • The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason.
  • An exception applies to custom-made goods (e.g. portraits, personalized artworks), for which withdrawal is not possible.
  • If the buyer withdraws from the contract, they must return the goods at their own expense.
  • The amount for the returned goods will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s).

6. Complaints

  • In case of defective goods, the buyer has the right to file a complaint in accordance with the Czech Civil Code.
  • Complaints may be submitted by email to: katerina@restandpaint.com, including a description of the defect and, if possible, photographic documentation.

7. Personal Data Protection

  • Personal data is handled in accordance with the GDPR.
  • Data is used solely for the processing of the order and is not shared with third parties (except for the shipping provider).
  • The buyer has the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data.

8. Final Provisions

  • These Terms and Conditions come into effect on January 1, 2025.
  • The seller reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be announced on the E-shop website
  • The legal relationship is governed by Czech law.
